• Gather supplies
Activation
• Light CHARCOAL BLOCK, place in ONE
FIREPROOF BOWL and burn INCENSE.
• Meditate on the desired outcome –clear
your mind and focuson what you want to accomplish.
For your DREAM DIARY - Take the OIL OF CHOICE
and anoint the DREAM DIARY in all four corners as you recite:
Record keeper for the other realms,
My journeys flood to you with ease,
Without hesitation and with total recall.
For your DREAM STONE - Take the STONE SPIRIT OF
CHOICE and ask it for help and guidance. Touch it to the middle of your
forehead and to your heart. Kiss it gently. Place the STONE into your
projective hand (right if right handed – left if left handed). Imagine your
desire of traveling the dreamscape and your need to remember your journeys.
Feel the emotions associated with this need. Once you can no longer hold the
image or feel the emotions, then the energy has moved from you into the stone.
For your DREAM PORTAL - sit and get
comfortable. Put your DREAM DIARY on your lap. Place your DREAM STONE into
your receptive hand (left if right handed – right if left handed). Close
your eyes and imagine yourself in a space where you feel comfortable and safe.
It can be a place that is real or imagined, it does not matter as long as you
feel comfortable being there. Once you have the image of you in this place
planted firmly in your mind’s eye - take your DREAM STONE into the image
with you.
In the image, plant your DREAM STONE. Watch as
a DREAM PORTAL and your DREAM WORKSPACE grows from where you planted the DREAM
STONE.
The DREAM PORTAL and DREAM WORKSPACE can be
made from anything you can imagine: stone spirits, brick, glass, clouds,
plants, trees, gold, precious stones, etc...
This is the portal to which you will travel
through as you drift off to sleep and enter the Dreamscape.
Open your eyes and in the DREAM DIARY write
about the DREAM PORTAL and DREAM WORKSPACE in as much detail as you can
remember.
When you fall sleep, either hold the DREAM
STONE in your receptive hand (the non-dominant hand, left if right handed -
right if left handed), place on your night stand, put in your pillow or turn
into a pendant and wear it around your neck.
Your DREAM DIARY and PEN should be stored in a
place that you can get to as soon as you open your eyes.
Immediately upon awaking, recall your travels
into your DREAM DIARY. No piece of your adventure is too small or obscure to
include.
