Blood Pressure Aid

Ingredients:

1 oz. Nettle (also goes by Stinging Nettle)

Supplies:

Water
Pot to boil in
Strainer
Wine glass
Storage container

Formula:

- Boil the nettle in a pint of water for 5 minutes.
- Strain the liquid
- Re-boil for another 5 minutes
- Strain
- Place in storage container

Usage:

Drink a small wine glassful three times daily
