A Psychic Protection Shield
-Visualize the essential you - your soul - being hidden deep inside yourself, safe and quiet.
-Mentally put on an all-enveloping cloak, which covers you from head to toe --nothing can penetrate it.
-Imagine that you are holding a shield. The face of the shield is brilliantly reflective. Rays of light dart from the surface. It reflects harm back to the person sending it, making them a victim of their own animosity, or to break the cycle have the negativity dissolve after it leaves the shield.
-The stronger the visualization, the more effective the protection.

Thanks, i am really interested in....these sorts of things, i'm 14 but when i was younger my brother and i could share dreams, and i would dream things that ended up happening 2 years into the future. Since my brother left for the ADF i feel like i have lost my connection, there for losing my abilitys, it this how it works or is my mum right?

You can get the connection back. The reason is that it was broken is that you both did not work to maintain it. If you consentrate on getting it back - he will feel the pull and help you secure the connection again:)
