Stop Bugging Me!

Haveyou ever had a person who would not leave you alone? Could be an ex lover, friend or co-worker. No matter what you do, they just do not seem to get the message.

Fret no more.....

1. In a fireproof bowl, burn a charcoal block with a heavfty pinch of Franckencense, Sandalwood or Bay Leaves.

2. Lay on top of the burning herb either a picture of the person or their name written on a piece of paper.

3. As their picture/name burns recite. "You are gone (fill in name) from my life as I no longer desire your attention."

4. Let everything burn to ash and bury in the back yard, in a potted plant or flush down the toliet!
